Our Detailed Building Process
Initial Consultation
At our initial consultation appointment, we will meet together to explore your desires and requirements for your future home. Together, we will identify key features and incorporate your ideas to create the home of your dreams.
Design
The planning and designing stage is a critical part of the building process. During this stage, we will work together to incorporate your vision by creating a blueprint. Once you have approved our proposal, our will begin designing the plans and create an appropriate schedule. This phase typically takes 4-6 months.
Lot and Build Site
At Osprey Custom Homes, LLC, we are here to help you find the best suitable lot of build your home on – taking in the best views Chelan and Mason, Washington has to offer. Already have a lot purchased? No problem. The next step is to identify, recommending, and wait for your approval of the layout based on the surrounding views and the environment.
Building Services & Process
During the construction process, we are responsible for managing the job site, obtaining all necessary approvals and schedule inspections. We will also be responsible for ordering, checking and accepting all building materials prior to installation. During this time, a monthly cost progress report will be generated and communicated with the client. This report will show the progress of the home, in cost and time schedule, along with milestones reached. Any issues related to the building project will be communicated promptly to the client for solutions and recommendations.
